Importation en masse de contacts

Vous pouvez importer plusieurs contacts à la fois dans votre liste de contacts de deux manières : en utilisant un fichier .CSV sur votre ordinateur ou en téléchargeant directement les contacts de votre téléphone via notre application mobile.

Importation de contacts à l'aide d'un fichier CSV #

This feature is great if you have a CRM full of prospects you'd like to send iDecides to. Most platforms let you export your list in a .CSV document, which you can then easily upload to your iDecide back office.

Qu'est-ce qu'un fichier .CSV ? 

A .CSV file is a file format in which you can save a spreadsheet or Excel sheet. A common mistake made by users is attempting to upload an Excel sheet without saving it as a .CSV file first.Saving the file in this format may differ, but you can determine the file format on Excel by clicking: File > Save As... > File Format: Dropdown Menu > CSV (.csv) > Save

Comment dois-je formater mon fichier CSV ?

Votre fichier .CSV doit comporter une ligne d'en-tête et au moins un champ de nom. Vous pouvez également inclure des colonnes pour :

Email AddressPhone NumberNotes

Votre fichier .CSV devrait ressembler à ceci avant l'exportation.

Mon fichier CSV est prêt, comment puis-je le télécharger ?

Localisez le bouton "IMPORT | EXPORT" en bas à droite de la page CONTACTS dans votre Back Office iDecide.

  Click the IMPORT CONTACTS tab, then either click the blue "Upload" button to select the file from your computer, or drag the file from your computer and drop it inside of the dotted area.

Importation en masse à l'aide de l'application iDecide #

This is the easiest way to import multiple contacts at one time and is especially useful if you don't have a CRM platform and keep all your prospects in your phone's contacts.

Ouvrez l'application iDecide et cliquez sur le bouton "IMPORT" en haut à droite de la page CONTACTS.

Click "Import Multiple People"

Then select the contacts from your device's contact list that you'd like to import and click DONE when you're finished. This will automatically add the selected people to your iDecide Contacts, which will be available on your app and when you login on your desktop browser.

Exportation de contacts

You can export a .CSV file of your iDecide contact list from your desktop back office. This is especially useful if you'd like to add them to a email service or CRM.

Pour ce faire, lCliquez sur le bouton "IMPORT | EXPORT" en bas à droite de la page CONTACTS dans votre Back Office iDecide.

Click the EXPORT CONTACTS tab, then choose the filters to determine which contacts you'd like to include on your .CSV file. 

Votre feuille de calcul comportera les en-têtes suivants : la présentation que vous leur avez envoyée, la date à laquelle ils l'ont consultée et le résultat qu'ils ont choisi !
