A Chrome extension is a small add-on that gives your browser extra features - like an app for Chrome. Our extension lets you open the AI iDecide Builder from your browser’s toolbar to build and edit your presentation in a panel right beside your myiDecide builder.
How extensions work #
Extensions are small tools that add extra features to your browser, like checking your spelling or blocking ads. Companies can also create extensions so you can use their tools right in your browser. Once added, an extension either works automatically or opens when you click its icon. You can turn it off or remove it whenever you want.
Where to Find and Use Your Extensions #
The puzzle piece
Every extension you've added is listed under the puzzle piece icon to the right of the address bar.
The pin
Click the pin next to an extension to keep its button in your toolbar, so it is always one click away.
The side panel
Some extensions, like the AI iDecide Builder, open in a panel on the right side of the Chrome window instead of a new page.

Good to know #
- Extensions work in Google Chrome on a computer. They don't run in Safari, on a phone, or on a tablet.
- Each extension only works on the sites it was made for. The AI iDecide Builder only works on my.idecide.com.
- If you use more than one Chrome profile, an extension only lives in the profile you added it to.
Tip: Add the AI iDecide Builder in the same Chrome profile you use to sign in to myiDecide, so the two can work together.
