So you decided to take your business or organization to the next level with iDecide. That’s awesome, but what do you do next?

With this beginner’s guide on how to get started with iDecide, you’ll be sending presentations like a pro in no time.

How to login

  • First, scroll down to the bottom of this page to watch the short instructional video
  • Go to www.iDecide.com
  • Click “Login” in the top right
  • Login with your email and the password you created
  • Enter the iDecide ID for the presentation(s) you’d like to use
    (Example: COMPANY101)
  • Enter ONLY your Username or Website URL when prompted. (Ex: YourWebsite.com/Username.)
    This will allow the system to send people directly to your site.
  • Enjoy!

Points to remember

  • You can use as many different presentations as you like with your subscription. Just enter the iDecide IDs
  • Think you can build a better presentation? Click Here to do it!
  • Spamming is grounds for having your account closed without refund. Please Don’t Do It!

  • What is an iDecide ID?

    iDecide IDs are “codes” assigned to every iDecide presentation once it’s published. Other iDecide users can add the iDecide ID to their own account and the presentation will be added to their back office to send. This is particularly useful when you build a presentation and have multiple sales representatives as part of your team. Simply give them your iDecide ID and they can add your presentation to their account, that’s it! This allows them to get their own notifications, sending analytics, and more while still using the perfect presentation you built!

  • What if I don’t have an iDecide ID?
    If you’d like to use an iDecide that someone else created, simply ask them for their iDecide ID or email [email protected] and tell us the company you’re searching for and we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Will I know when someone watches my iDecide?
    Yes! You’ll be notified when they start to watch it, and again when they make choices in the presentation.

  • Can I get notifications by text?
    Yes! You can choose text or email notifications

  • Can I use more than one iDecide presentation?
    Yes! Just enter the iDecide IDs to add presentations to your account.

  • How do I add another presentation to my list to send?
    Click “My Account” in the top right corner of your dashboard, then click “Add Presentation”, and enter the iDecide ID for the presentation you’d like to add.

  • Can I spam?
    In one word- NO! You can have your account terminated without refund.

  • Can I share my account with someone?
    No. Your presentations have YOUR contact info in them and will take the viewers to YOUR website address at the end. And it’s against our terms of use so you’ll have your account turned off without refund.

  • How are iDecide presentations sent?
    Text, email, Messenger… any way you like! Just copy and paste the unique link you’re given.

  • Can I post my iDecide instead of sending it?
    Yes! Using the Post A Link feature in your back office, you can post generic iDecide presentations on websites, in emails, auto responders, on social media… anywhere!

  • Is there a limit on how many presentations I can do?
    No! Use iDecide as often as you’d like and as much as you’d like!

  • What happens to my presentations if I cancel my account?
    Your presentations and any links you have sent out will be deactivated upon cancellation.

  • How do I edit or delete contacts?
    Hover over the name and click the edit icon to the far right. Depending on your device, you may have to scroll down to see the DELETE CONTACT button.

  • How do I text a presentation?
    Downloading the free iDecide App is the easiest way to text presentations to your contacts. Simply download the app and login using your existing account.

  • Can I choose to receive text notifications on some, and email notifications on others?
    Yes! You make that choice for each presentation you send.

  • How do I change my email, billing info, password...?
    Click “My Account” in the top right corner of your dashboard.

  • What kinds of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We are also proud to accept Bitcoin for Lifetime Subscriptions!

  • If I buy a presentation do I still need a subscription?
    Yes. Every iDecide user needs a subscription to login to their iDecide back office. You can choose between a Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime subscription. Presentation prices are a one-time-charge to build a presentation that will then upload into your iDecide back office. Have someone that wants to use the presentation you built? They can simply purchase a subscription and add your iDecide ID to their account. It’s that simple!

  • Are prices of presentations a one-time fee?
    Yes. Presentation prices are separate from subscription fees and will only be a single charge. Presentation prices include one presentation build and will need a subscription to send.

  • Do you offer a free trial?
    We do not offer a free trial to new users, but we offer a 3-day money back guarantee so you can try iDecide risk free! 

  • Can I upgrade my subscription?
    Yes! You can upgrade at any time by visiting accounts.idecide.com and clicking “Manage My Account”

  • What is your refund policy?
    We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee- no questions asked. Please email [email protected] to request a refund.

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?
    Yes. You can cancel your account anytime by visiting accounts.idecide.com and clicking “Manage My Account.”

  • What if my payment won’t go through?
    Usually, we see this issue when you enter your information or card number incorrectly. Please double check your entries before submitting, and email [email protected] if your problem continues.

  • Are there any setup fees?
    There are no setup fees or hidden charges with any of our subscription or presentation prices.

  • Will my data be private and safe?
    We take data security seriously at iDecide Interactive. For an in depth look at our security efforts, check out our Privacy Policy.

  • Can I use my back office in a different language?
    Yes. You’ll see a language selector on the login page. Simply choose the language you’d like from the dropdown menu beneath the password field.

  • Can I record and post iDecide presentations to YouTube or other streaming sites?
    No. That violates our Terms of Use and is grounds for immediate termination of your account.

  • Do you have an app?
    Yes! iDecide is available on both Apple and Android app stores for FREE!
