An iDecide iD is the unique code assigned to a published presentation. Anyone with an active iDecide subscription can use that code to add the presentation to their own account and start sending it.
Adding a presentation to your account #
- Log into your iDecide Back Office.
- Click the Presentations tile.
- Click the Plus Sign +
- Enter the iDecide iD and confirm.
Where to find your myiDecide's iD #
You can find your myiDecide iD in two places:
- On the Publish screen, immediately after you publish.
- On your presentations list in the myiDecide Builder. A published presentation shows a green tile beneath its details with the iD on it. A presentation does not have an iD until it's published.
Common questions #
Can someone edit my presentation if I give them my iD? No. Only the original author can edit a presentation. The iD gives sending access only.
Do I need to add my own presentation? No. When you publish, it is added to your Back Office automatically.
I do not have an iD. Ask the person who built the presentation, or email Hi@iDecide.com with the company you are looking for and we will point you in the right direction.
Tip: Your iDecide iD is safe to share with your team, but treat it as access to your content. Anyone you give it to can send your presentation under their own name.
