You can send a personalized presentation to any contact in two clicks without leaving GoHighLevel. There are two places to do it, plus a third option for links you post publicly.
From the contacts list #
- Go to Contacts and hover over the contact's row.
- Click the three-dot button next to their name.
- Choose Send an iDecide.
From inside the contact #
- Open the contact.
- In the message composer at the bottom of the conversation, click the first icon in the toolbar (the iDecide logo with a paper airplane). Hovering it shows the tooltip Personalized iDecide.
- Pick the presentation you want and click Create Link.
Either way, what happens next #
Once the link exists you can copy it to your clipboard, or just send the message that has already been filled in for you. The link carries the contact's name, so the presentation greets them personally. If you have SMS connected, you can send it as a text instead of an email.
Links you post publicly #
Click iDecide in the left menu and choose Post to Social. This creates a generic link you can put anywhere. It asks the viewer for their name and email before the presentation starts, then personalizes itself from what they enter. Use it for social posts, landing pages, or anywhere you are not sending to one specific person.
Tip: A personalized link is for when you're sending to a specific person. A Post to Social link is for anywhere that multiple people will see the same link. If you are unsure which you need, ask yourself whether you already know who is going to open it.
