A contact’s Activity is a running, day-by-day timeline of everything that has happened between you and them, from the moment you sent a presentation to the options they chose while watching it. You can open it in the Back Office or in the iDecide Interactive app, and the steps are the same in both.

Steps #
- Click Contacts.
- Click the contact’s name to open their profile.
- Click Activity.
- Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to move between days.

What you will see #
Each event is stamped with a time, for example:
You created
A presentation, with the link.
Opened
When they first opened the link.
Started & stopped watching
So you know how far they got.
Good to know: Activity updates on its own every time the contact interacts, so check back after you send. Seeing exactly what they watched and chose tells you what to lead with when you follow up.
