Upgrading a myiDecide presentation

What is myiDecide? #

Simply put, myiDecide is our drag-n-drop presentation builder that is easier to use than PowerPoint! You can make your presentations interactive, add main menus, put the viewer’s name IN the presentation, add music, and your own voice overs! UNLIMITED myiDecide presentations are INCLUDED in your iDecide Pro subscription, and you'll build them yourself from scratch or using our templates and themes to get you started.

What is iDecide Custom? #

iDecide Custom is an optional upgrade where your presentation is completely DONE FOR YOU by our professional graphic design team. This upgrade option includes a quick comprehensive discussion where you share your vision for the presentation, then our team will build a fully customized presentation branded to your company. You supply the script (up to 2500 words) or answer a few questions about your business and we’ll write it for you, then we'll send it back to you for revisions and approval. You’re welcome to provide logos, background images, product images, etc… or our designers will find the best ones. We build your myiDecide presentation, add it to your account, and include one hour of complimentary edits to make any desired changes after completion. You can easily make any ongoing edits yourself on the myiDecide platform and the delivery timeframe is approximately 2 weeks. Please visit the Pricing tab on our website to see a feature breakdown.

How do I upgrade my presentation? #

If you need a little help building your myiDecide presentation, you can easily upgrade one of your presentations to an iDecide Custom and have one of our iDesigners take your AI driven, interactive presentation to the next level! STEP 1: Once you are logged into the myiDecide Builder, click the "Resume an Existing Presentation" button to see a list of your myiDecide presentations. STEP 2: Find the myiDecide presentation from your list that you would like to upgrade and click on the grey "Need Help Building?" button below the title of your presentation.

STEP 3: Fill in your credit card information and click the "Purchase" button at the bottom to finish purchasing your presentation upgrade. STEP 4: Once you have completed your purchase you will be asked to fill out a quick questionnaire to help us build the perfect presentation for you. We will automatically be notified when you finish your questionnaire and will assign an iDesigner to start building your iDecide Custom.

How do I check on the status of my upgraded presentations? #

You can check on the progress of your upgraded presentation by navigating back to your presentations list and clicking on the new "STATUS" button to the right of your presentation.

Here, you can see the status of your presentation— access the iDecide Custom questionnaire, when an iDesigner has been assigned to your presentation, and when your presentation is complete and ready for your review. Please note: You'll see the option to begin the questionnaire until we assign an iDesigner to your presentation, even if you've already completed it. There is no need to complete it more than once.
