Not Receiving Email Notifications

You’ll only receive a notification after the viewer clicks the Play button to begin watching the presentation. If the viewer opens the link but does not press Play, no notification will be sent.

If you’re certain the viewer started watching but you still didn’t receive a notification, try the following:

  1. Check Your Contact Information
    Click ACCOUNT in your iDecide Back Office to make sure your email and phone number are entered correctly
  2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
    Look for the notification email there. Add our email address to your contacts to ensure future notifications go directly to your inbox.
  3. Make Sure You Click “Close” When Creating the Link
    After selecting how you’d like to receive notifications, be sure to click Close to save your choice.
  4. Verify Your Email Provider
    Some corporate or free email providers—such as Yahoo or Hotmail—may block notifications. If this happens, consider using a different email address for your alerts. You can update this in the Account section.
