Contacts Not Getting Link

Please note that iDecide is not a messaging platform so messages are not sent through our system. When you create a presentation link, you’ll need to click Copy and then paste that link into the messaging app of your choice—such as email, text message, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and more.

If you’re using the iDecide Interactive mobile app, we will automatically open your device’s email, text, or any other app and populate the link for you. However, messages are still not sent through our system—we simply integrate with the apps already on your phone.

If your prospects are not receiving messages sent through other platforms, you will need to contact that app provider for assistance.
