# Scheduling Your 1:1 Coaching Call

With an iDecide Pro Subscription, your onboarding includes a complimentary 1:1 training call with one of our Partner Success Coaches. Email **Hi@iDecide.com** and we will send you a link to book a time that works for you.

## What the call is for

- Getting your questions answered live instead of hunting through articles.
- Hands on guidance on your presentation, not a generic demo.
- Anything specific to how your company uses iDecide.

## How to Book

You should have received an email titled “A free iDecide training session - just for you 👏” on the day you signed up. If you can’t find it:

1. Email Hi@iDecide.com and ask for your 1:1 training call.
2. We’ll reply with a scheduling link.
3. Pick a time that works for you.

**Tip:** Book it after you have tried building something, not before. Bring a half finished presentation and a list of what is not working and you will get far more out of the hour than you would from a generic walkthrough.
