Almost every freeze or stutter comes down to one of two things: a Back Office session that has timed out, or a weak internet connection.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

The Back Office is frozen or unresponsive<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log out of your account.<\/li>\n
  2. Refresh your browser.<\/li>\n
  3. Log back in.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your session most likely timed out. Logging back in clears it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    A presentation is slow, stuttering or stopping<\/h2>\n

    This is nearly always a weak or unstable connection. Like any online presentation or website, iDecide needs a reliable connection to play smoothly.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Ask the viewer to try again on a stronger signal, ideally Wi-Fi rather than mobile data.<\/li>\n
    2. Have them close other tabs and apps that are using bandwidth, and turn off Low Power Mode.<\/li>\n
    3. Have them reload the link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      How to tell which is which:<\/strong> if it is slow for you but fine for everyone else, it is your connection.
