iDecide is activated once at the agency level, then signed in separately on each Sub-Account and each individual User. Skipping the User level is the single most common reason automations fail later.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

First, find out which Tier you are on<\/h2>\n

GoHighLevel has three Tiers:
The Agency Account<\/strong>: Sits at the top and owns the Sub-Accounts. You need this subscription tier to initiate the iDecide integration.\u00a0
A Sub-Account<\/strong>: Acts as a single business and cannot see any other Sub-Accounts.
A User<\/strong>: An individual person inside a Sub-Account.
Most people do not know the User level exists, and that is where the trouble starts.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

How to tell if you're an Agency Account holder<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Look at the left menu. If you see Agency Dashboard, you are in an Agency Account.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the grey box under the logo that reads Click here to switch. If it lists Sub-Accounts, you are the Agency owner.<\/li>\n
  3. If there is no switcher and no agency dashboard view, you have a Sub-Account level subscription. You cannot activate the integration yourself, so ask your Agency owner to do it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

    Turn on the integration<\/h2>\n

    Only the Agency owner can do this part.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

    1. Turn off ad blockers and pop-up blockers. Activation opens in a pop-up window.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to iDecide.com\/InstallGHL<\/a><\/li>\n
    3. Log in with your integration credentials.\n
        \n
      • This is not your iDecide subscription login. They are a separate set issued by our Customer Service Team, so email Hi@iDecide.com if you do not have them yet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Select all of your Sub-Accounts, then save.\n
          \n
        • If only some Sub-Accounts should have access, this screen is where you choose them.<\/li>\n
        • If your integration includes more than one iDecide package, this screen also sets which package each Sub-Account gets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          You can turn blockers back on once you are through. iDecide will now appear in the left menu of every Sub-Account you selected.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

          Sign in on the Sub-Account<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n
            \n
          1. Open the Sub-Account and click iDecide in the left menu.<\/li>\n
          2. Enter the email and password you use to log in to your iDecide subscription.<\/li>\n
          3. You should see the message \"Your iDecide account is connected to GoHighLevel.\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

            Sign in on every User<\/h2>\n

            This is the step most people miss. Do it even if you are the only person in the account.<\/p>\n

            Every User signs in with their own iDecide subscription. iDecide accounts cannot be shared, so you cannot log into your own account across all your Users. Anyone who is going to send presentations must have their own iDecide subscription.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

            1. Click the initials at the top right corner of the screen and choose Login As.<\/li>\n
            2. Pick your own user from the list.<\/li>\n
            3. Click iDecide in the left menu and log in with your own iDecide account.<\/li>\n
            4. Each User who will send presentations will need to repeat this step to log into their own iDecide subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

              Tip:<\/strong> When a workflow sends a presentation, GoHighLevel checks which user is sending and whether that user has an iDecide subscription. If they are not signed in, the workflow flags an error when it runs, not when you build it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n
