You\u2019ll only receive a notification after the viewer clicks the Play button to begin watching the presentation. If the viewer opens the link but does not press Play, no notification will be sent.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re certain the viewer started watching but you still didn\u2019t receive a notification, try the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Check Your Contact Information
    \nClick ACCOUNT in your iDecide Back Office<\/a> to make sure your email and phone number are entered correctly<\/li>\n
  2. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
    \nLook for the notification email there. Add our email address to your contacts to ensure future notifications go directly to your inbox.<\/li>\n
  3. Make Sure You Click \u201cClose\u201d When Creating the Link
    \nAfter selecting how you\u2019d like to receive notifications, be sure to click Close to save your choice.<\/li>\n
  4. Verify Your Email Provider
    \nSome corporate or free email providers\u2014such as Yahoo or Hotmail\u2014may block notifications. If this happens, consider using a different email address for your alerts. You can update this in the Account section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
