Billing lives at accounts.iDecide.com<\/strong>. Log in and click Manage My Account<\/strong> to update a card, clear a past due balance, or upgrade your plan.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Past due, or updating your card<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to accounts.iDecide.com<\/li>\n
  2. Click Manage My Account<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Update your payment information<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Upgrade to a Lifetime subscription<\/h2>\n

    You can move from a Monthly or Annual Standard subscription to \"Never Pay Again\" at any time. Upgrades are not prorated, but you still get the one-time pay savings.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to accounts.iDecideInteractive.com<\/li>\n
    2. Click Manage My Account<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Select Upgrade<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

      Upgrade from Standard to Pro<\/h2>\n

      Pro is what unlocks the myiDecide Builder, so you can create your own presentations instead of only sending existing ones.<\/p>\n

      1. Go to Login.iDecide.com<\/li>\n
      2. Click Build Your Own iDecide<\/strong><\/li>\n
      3. Choose the Pro subscription you want<\/li>\n
      4. Enter your payment information<\/li>\n
      5. Click Purchase<\/strong> at the bottom of the screen<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        What you are offered depends on what you have now:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Standard Lifetime<\/strong>, you will see Pro Lifetime<\/li>\n
        • Standard Annual<\/strong>, you will see Pro Annual or Pro Lifetime<\/li>\n
        • Standard Monthly<\/strong>, you will see Pro Monthly, Annual or Lifetime<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

          Note:<\/strong> Your Back Office login and your billing login are two different places. Presentations, contacts and sending live at Login.iDecide.com.
