What is an iDecide ID?
iDecide IDs are “codes” assigned to every iDecide presentation once it’s published. Other iDecide users can add the iDecide ID to their own account and the presentation will be added to their back office to send.
This is particularly useful when you build a presentation and have multiple sales representatives as part of your team. Simply give them your iDecide ID and they can add it to their account, that’s it!
This allows them to get their own notifications, sending analytics, and more while still using the perfect presentation you built!
What if I don’t have an iDecide ID?
If you’d like to use an iDecide that someone else created, simply ask them for their iDecide ID or email [email protected] and tell us the company you’re searching for and we’ll point you in the right direction.
When do I use an iDecide ID?
You use an iDecide ID whenever you’d like to gain access to a new presentation. Just head to your iDecide Interactive Back Office, choose the Account tile, scroll down and select the Add Presentations button. A window will pop up and allow you to type in your ID and your presentation will be added to the rest of your list.
Who can use your iDecide ID
Any person with an active iDecide Interactive subscription who you give your ID number to can use your iDecide ID and will have access to send your presentation.
Can someone edit my presentation if I give them my iDecide ID?
No. Only the original author of the presentation can edit it.
Where can I find my iDecide ID after I leave the publish screen?
When you are logged into the myiDecide Builder, visit your presentation list. If your presentation has been published, a green button will appear beneath the title. This button lets you know that it is indeed published and also shows you that presentation’s ID. Please note, if you are still building or editing, you will not see this button.
