An iDecide iD is the unique code assigned to a published presentation. Anyone with an active iDecide subscription can use that code to add the presentation to their own account and start sending it.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Adding a presentation to your account<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into your iDecide Back Office.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Presentations <\/strong><\/a>tile.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Plus Sign +<\/b><\/li>\n
  4. Enter the iDecide iD and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    Where to find your myiDecide's iD<\/h2>\n

    You can find your myiDecide iD in two places:<\/p>\n

    1. On the Publish<\/strong> screen, immediately after you publish.<\/li>\n
    2. On your presentations list in the myiDecide Builder. A published presentation shows a green tile beneath its details with the iD on it. A presentation does not have an iD until it's published.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

      Common questions<\/h2>\n

      Can someone edit my presentation if I give them my iD?<\/strong> No. Only the original author can edit a presentation. The iD gives sending access only.<\/p>\n

      Do I need to add my own presentation?<\/strong> No. When you publish, it is added to your Back Office automatically.<\/p>\n

      I do not have an iD.<\/strong> Ask the person who built the presentation, or email Hi@iDecide.com with the company you are looking for and we will point you in the right direction.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

        What is an <\/strong>iDecide ID<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/p>

        iDecide IDs are \u201ccodes\u201d assigned to every iDecide presentation once it\u2019s published. Other iDecide users can add the iDecide ID to their own account and the presentation will be added to their back office to send. <\/p>

        This is particularly useful when you build a presentation and have multiple sales representatives as part of your team. Simply give them your iDecide ID and they can add it to their account, that\u2019s it! <\/p>

        This allows them to get their own notifications, sending analytics, and more while still using the perfect presentation you built! <\/p>

        What if <\/strong>I don\u2019t have an iDecide ID<\/strong>?<\/strong><\/p>

        If you\u2019d like to use an iDecide that someone else created, simply ask them for their iDecide ID or email\u00a0hi@idecide.com<\/strong>\u00a0and tell us the company you\u2019re searching for and we\u2019ll point you in the right direction.<\/p>

        When do I use<\/strong>\u00a0an iDecide ID?<\/strong><\/p>

        You use an iDecide ID whenever you\u2019d like to gain access to a new presentation. Just head to your iDecide Interactive Back Office, choose the Account tile, scroll down and select the Add Presentations button. A window will pop up and allow you to type in your ID and your presentation will be added to the rest of your list.<\/p>

        Who can use your iDecide ID<\/strong><\/p>

        Any person with an active iDecide Interactive subscription who you give your ID number to can use your iDecide ID and will have access to send your presentation.<\/p>

        Can someone edit my presentation if I give them my iDecide ID?<\/strong><\/p>

        No. Only the original author of the presentation can edit it.<\/p>

        Where can I find my iDecide ID after I leave the publish screen?<\/strong><\/p>

        When you are logged into the myiDecide Builder, visit your presentation list. \u00a0If your presentation has been published, a green button will appear beneath the title. This button lets you know that it is indeed published and also shows you that presentation\u2019s ID. Please note, if you are still building or editing, you will not see this button.<\/p>
