Bulk Importing Contacts<\/strong><\/h1>\n

You can import multiple contacts at once to your contacts list in two ways: using a .CSV file on desktop or uploading directly from your phone contacts through our mobile app.\n

Importing Contacts Using a .CSV File<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This feature is great if you have a CRM full of prospects you'd like to send iDecides to. Most platforms let you export your list in a .CSV document, which you can then easily upload to your iDecide back office.\n

What is a .CSV File?\u00a0<\/strong>\n

A .CSV file is a file format in which you can save a spreadsheet or Excel sheet. A common mistake made by users is attempting to upload an Excel sheet without saving it as a .CSV file first.Saving the file in this format may differ, but you can determine the file format on Excel by clicking: File > Save As... > File Format: Dropdown Menu > CSV (.csv) > Save<\/em>\n

How should I format my .CSV File?<\/span><\/strong>\n

Your .CSV file must have a header row and at least a name field must be present. You may also want to include columns for:<\/span>\n

Bulk Import Using the iDecide App<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This is the easiest way to import multiple contacts at one time and is especially useful if you don't have a CRM platform and keep all your prospects in your phone's contacts.\n

Open the iDecide App and click the \u201cIMPORT\u201d button at the top right of the CONTACTS page.\n

Click \"Import Multiple People\"\n

Then select the contacts from your device's contact list that you'd like to import and click DONE when you're finished. This will automatically add the selected people to your iDecide Contacts, which will be available on your app and when you login on your desktop browser.\n\"\"\n<\/figure><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Exporting Contacts<\/strong><\/h1>\n

You can export a .CSV file of your iDecide contact list from your desktop back office. This is especially useful if you'd like to add them to a email service or CRM.\n

To do this, l<\/b>ocate the \u201cIMPORT | EXPORT\u201d button at the bottom right of the CONTACTS page in your iDecide Back Office.<\/span>\n

    Adding, Importing & Exporting Contacts<\/strong><\/p>

    You may already have a list of contacts that you want to send your completed iDecide presentation to. Or you may want to add your contacts to another program such as a CRM. This is easy with iDecide, and important so everyone you want to see your iDecide, does!<\/p>

    Adding a single contact<\/strong><\/p>

    You can add a single contact by logging into the iDecide Back Office, navigating to the contacts page, and choosing the \u201cADD CONTACT<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom left of the page. You can also log into our mobile app and choose \u201cADD CONTACT<\/strong>\u201d at the top of the home page. <\/p>

    Remember to choose \u201cSAVE<\/strong>\u201d when you\u2019re finished adding your contact\u2019s information. This will automatically add the contact to your contacts list. Using a Post-a-link<\/strong>\u00a0will automatically add any contact\u2019s info who starts the presentation to your Back Office.<\/p>
