Default Messages EVERYWHERE

Now available in your iDecide Back Office

At iDecide we strive to give our subscribers what they want. You wanted to have the ability to create custom Default Messages in more than just the iDecide Interactive mobile app. We listened- we’ve added that ability to your Back Office, too!

Custom messages can help grab your viewers’ attention- resulting in more views. Having to type a custom message every time you send a link is time-consuming. Save time and set up your Default Message by following the steps below, or watch the short video to see for yourself.

How to change your default message:

1. Click the Account tab
2. Scroll to Default Messages and select Change

3. Start typing your desired message

4. Hit Save

To have a contact’s name in message- type {firstname}To have the presentation URL in an email- type {URL}
