Your default message is the text that fills in automatically every time you create a link, so you are not retyping the same note. You can set it in the Back Office or in the iDecide Interactive app. The two are set separately, so update whichever one you send from.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

In the Back Office<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. From your dashboard, click Account<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Next to Default Message<\/strong>, click change<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Type the message you want in the Default Message<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    In the iDecide app<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Tap the gear icon<\/strong> at the top right to open Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select Default Messages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Type your message under Default Text Message<\/strong>, Default Email Message<\/strong>, or both.<\/li>\n
    4. Your message saves as you type. There is no Save button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The app saves separate default messages for texts (short, casual) and emails (longer, more formal), then automatically uses the best match based on the app you choose.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
