The <\/strong>Navigation Bar<\/strong>\n\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The Navigation Bar will appear at the top of your screen after logging into the myiDecide Builder and choosing whether you'd like to build a new presentation or edit an existing one. This allows you to easily jump to different steps in the building process at any point.\n\n

The iDecide Logo<\/strong><\/h2>\nClicking the iDecide logo in the far left of the navigation bar will bring you back to the screen asking whether you'd like to build a new presentation or edit an existing one.\nClicking build a new presentation will launch a new template where you can select to Start from Scratch, select a Pre-Made Template, Upload a PowerPoint, or purchase a Custom Build.\n

Presentations<\/h2>\nThe first tab in the Navigation Bar is Presentations. This tab will take you to a list of all your existing presentations.\nFrom the list, you will be able to edit, duplicate, or get help building any of your presentations.\n

Slides<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe second tab in the Navigation Bar is Slides. This is where you are able to view all your slides, drag and drop slide templates into your presentation, reorder slides, or select a slide to edit.\n

Adding Slides<\/strong>\n

From the Navigation Bar at the top of the screen, select the Slide tab. I<\/span>f you want to add a blank slide, simply click the + button(Add Slide) at the end of your slide list.<\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

If you prefer to add a pre-made slide template, drag-and-drop your desired template from the left-hand menu under Templates into your Slide list.<\/span>\n

Important note: Your presentation must start with an \u201c<\/span>Intro\u201d slide and finish with a \u201cC<\/span>losing\u201d slide.<\/span><\/em>\n

Music<\/strong><\/h2>\nThe third tab in the navigation bar is Music. Here you can choose what kind of music you\u2019d like to play softly behind your narration.\nIf this isn't something you want, no problem! Simply choose the \u201cNo Music\u201d option.\n

Review<\/h2>\nThe fourth step in the navigation bar is the Review Tab. Arguably the most important step in the design process, this is where you will watch and review your presentation just as your viewers will\u2014 interactions and all!\nThis is your chance to make sure everything shows up exactly how you\u2019d like, proofread your text, and try out the flow of your presentation. You may want to watch your presentation a handful of times to ensure you\u2019ve reviewed all possible outcomes.\n

Publish<\/h2>\nThe final step in the navigation bar is the Publish Tab. Once you\u2019ve made it here, pat yourself on the back!     The <\/strong>Navigation Bar<\/strong><\/p>

    The Navigation Bar will appear at the top of your screen after logging into the myiDecide Builder and choosing to build a new presentation or edit an existing one.<\/p>

    Themes<\/strong><\/p>

    The first tab in the navigation bar is the Themes tab, as it establishes the initial look of your AI driven, interactive presentation. Remember, you can change your theme or edit many aspects of it any time during the design process. Currently we have 6 distinct themes to choose from each <\/p>

    Timeline<\/strong><\/p>

    The second \u00a0tab in the navigation bar is the Timeline. \u00a0This is where you build the basic outline of your AI driven, interactive presentation. You will browse and choose from our slide catalog, and drag and drop them into your preferred order. Here you can plan what questions to ask, which interactions to include, how many lines of text you\u2019d like on screen, and more.<\/p>

    Edit Slides<\/strong><\/p>

    Once you are happy with your timeline, you\u2019ll move onto the next tab in the navigation bar: Edit Slides. \u00a0As the name suggests, this is where you will edit your slides. Your theme\u2019s aesthetic will already be in place so you can easily input all of your onscreen text and images. <\/p>

    However almost all aspects are editable to match your company\u2019s brand! <\/p>

    Narration<\/strong><\/p>

    The fourth tab in the Navigation Bar is Narration. Activate your microphone and click the \u201cStart Recording Button\u201d. You can record each line in real time as many times as you\u2019d like, choose the best version and make sure you click \u201cUse This Recording\u201d.<\/p>

    If this option isn\u2019t for you, it's also easy to upload pre recorded audio files by choosing \u201cUpload a Recording\u201d. \u00a0For those who would like to use this option but do not have the pre-recorded audio we made it easy for you to purchase an AI generated voiceover by selecting \u201cPurchase an AI Generated Voiceover\u201d.<\/p>

    Review<\/strong><\/p>

Arguably the most important step in the design process, this is where you will watch, review, and (if necessary) edit your presentation. \u00a0This is what your watchers will see when you send them your presentation, so make sure everything shows up exactly how you wish, and proofread all of your text. You may want to watch your presentation a handful of times just to be sure, but when it's complete you may hit the \u201cPublish Your myiDecide\u201d button. You\u2019ll get your iDecide ID, input that into your iDecide Back Office and you\u2019re done!<\/p>
