A contact\u2019s Activity is a running, day-by-day timeline of everything that has happened between you and them, from the moment you sent a presentation to the options they chose while watching it. You can open it in the Back Office or in the iDecide Interactive app, and the steps are the same in both.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. Click Contacts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the contact\u2019s name<\/strong> to open their profile.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Activity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to move between days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
