What are Custom Replicated URLs?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

This feature should be used by companies that would like their reps to be able to enter their own replicated website information to the Call To Action slides, without<\/em> allowing them to edit the content in presentation.<\/p>\n

This feature allows you to specify what the link structure is and what information you'd like your reps to enter when adding the presentation to their own Back Office. Our system automatically puts their answer into your presentation wherever you specify when building it.<\/p>\n

For example, <\/em>if sales reps have their own replicated landing page to send buyers to that tracks their commission on a sale, you can allow them to enter their information so call to action buttons send the viewer directly to their replicated website \u2014 WITHOUT HAVING TO EDIT THE PRESENTATION! Cool, we know.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

You can:<\/p>\n

1.) Have your reps enter their full referral URL<\/p>\n

2.) Or, if you'd like to regulate which website they're using, have them enter JUST their company username or ID then tell myiDecide the URL structure and where to insert their entry!<\/p>\n

Enable Custom URLs<\/b><\/b><\/h2>\n<\/b>\nOnce you've purchased your myiDecide, you'll come to the \"PRESENTATION INFO<\/strong>\" page. Here, once you've entered your info, you'll scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Custom URL section.\nIf you want to add a Custom URL after you've already started editing your presentation, simply find your presentation in your Existing Presentations list, and click the \"EDIT INFO<\/strong>\" button next to the title. \u00a0Setting Up The \"ADD PRESENTATIONS\" Pop-Up<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

When you are setting up your link on the \"PRESENTATION INFO\" page, you are essentially designing the pop-up that your reps will see when they add your presentation to their account. ONLY the information your reps type will be saved to the myiDecide builder for you to reference throughout your presentation. You will need to type out your link structure again later in the editing process when setting up your Call to Action slides.<\/p>\n

Once you've selected that you want to require a Custom URL in your presentation, you'll need to enter your FIELD TITLE<\/strong>. This will be shown to the person who adds your presentation to their Back Office to describe the purpose of the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

The person adding your presentation to their Back Office will be entering their custom info where \"SENDER WILL TYPE HERE<\/strong>\" is located in your prompt.\u00a0<\/p>\n

There are a few ways to create your Custom URL depending on how your original link is formatted and how you would like your team members to enter their own info when they add your presentation to their Back Office.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.) Customization at the END of the URL<\/span><\/p>\n

2.) Customization in the MIDDLE of the URL<\/p>\n

3.) Customization at the BEGINNING of the URL<\/p>\n

4.) Customize the ENTIRE URL<\/p>\n

If your link requires the end<\/strong> to be replaced with each person's custom info, then you will set your link up so the whole link, aside from the part that will be replaced, is in the first field on the left. This will allow the first part of the link to be fixed while the person adding your presentation to their Back Office only has to type in their custom detail.\u00a0 For this example, we'll use idecide.com\/username<\/strong> where username<\/strong> is being replaced with another user's info.<\/p>\n

If you'd like each person to input their entire referral link<\/strong> when they add your presentation to their Back Office, then you will leave both sides blank. This will allow the user to input their entire custom link. For this example, your fields will be left blank when you create your presentation.<\/p>\n

Adding Your Custom URL to the Presentation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

When your Custom URL is set up, you still have to indicate where you'd like your link to be utilized. myiDecide will save ONLY the information typed into the \"sender will type here\" box, and you can easily add it to Call to Action links<\/strong> by using the \"Add Personalization\" when editing your slide, then choosing the link you'd like to add.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adding the field will ONLY add the custom info that your reps entered when adding your presentation to their account so you'll need to type your link structure again and add [field-#] where the customization goes, just as you did when creating the pop-up. Whenever your team member adds your presentation to their Back Office, they will be asked to enter their information then our system will automatically add it anywhere you specified the field to go so viewers will be taken to their replicated website when they click the Get Started buttons.<\/p>\n

Go ahead and publish your presentation under the review tab and send your iDecide ID to all your team members so they can start using your presentation too!<\/strong><\/p>\n

myiDecide is our Drag-N-Drop presentation tool. Simply select your slide you would like to use and drag it into your timeline. You can also click the slide and it will automatically put that slide at the end of your timeline or just before your closing slides.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

For a complete presentation<\/p>\r\n\r\n

you will need an intro. Our intro slides are simply a way for the viewer to start watching your presentation. Quite literally, they have to press the start button to initiate the presentation!<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Add some <\/strong>Text Slides<\/strong>!<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n

The text slides are a good way to add inflection to a presentation. When accompanied by a voice over, your presentation is sure to gain attention and significance. By including key words on screen you are essentially adding emphasis to your topics. You can also add emphasis to a topic by including powerful imagery!<\/p>\r\n\r\n

EXAMPLE:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u201cGlobal warming is devastating Communities and ravaging food supply.\u201d Rather than typing the entire sentence on screen, let's emphasize \u201cDevastating Communities.\u201d For the background image, let\u2019s add something related to global warming.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

This allows your viewer to listen to the voice over while making you content more digestible to read. A picture is worth a thousand words after all!<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Adding a <\/strong>Menu Slide<\/strong>!<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n

Probably our most complex slide due to its ability to serve as the \u201cNexus\u201d of your presentation. \u00a0Menu slides function as a \u201cFork in the road\u201d for your viewers; meaning they have the ability to choose where they want to go and what content they want to view. We recommend using 2 - 4 option Menus, but we have included more options for those who need more to express themselves or their company!<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      Rub Your Screen, Press and Hold, and Shatter.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      Cool tips about <\/strong>Button Slides<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n

      -Simply select the \u201cButton Target<\/strong>\u201d section and choose \u201cNONE<\/strong>\u201d. Doing this will disable the interactive button and allow you to use the animation without the viewer being able to interact with the slide. The animation will play out and will automatically continue to the next slide. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n

      -When editing a button slide, delete the button text and insert an image with your logo(s) embedded. We recommend using a 3rd party software such as Adobe Photoshop. You can use our image editor to adjust your image size and placement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      -Button slides act the same way menu slides do. They only look different! So you can use either or when making your presentation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      Adding <\/strong>Interactive Sliders<\/strong>!<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n

      Our interactive \u201cSlider\u201d slides are a great way for you to demonstrate percentages, integers and fractions to your audience. Great question examples to use here are:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      • \u201cHow much would your income need to grow to have the lifestyle you want?\u201d<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n

          Our sliders have various steps, 3, 5 and 7 steps; they are all editable in the Edit Field<\/strong>. After the audience has chosen their option on the slider, they will have to click the \u201cMove Ahead\u201d button to continue. Be sure to set the button target to where you want to send your viewers. If no target has been selected, the button will default to the next slide in the presentation.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          You are finally wrapping up your own presentation. Congratulations! But hold on, let's make sure you have concluded your presentation. This is where you want to use our closing slides. We currently have 3 types of closings: Call to Action, Contact form, and thank you!

          What is a \u201ccall to action\u201d? In marketing, your call to action is the part of your advertisement that tells your target audience what they should be doing once they finish your presentation. The simplest example of a call to action is \u201cBuy now!\u201d or \u201cSubscribe Now!\u201d<\/p>\r\n\r\n

          Here is where you can send the viewer anywhere! Yes, we mean ANYWHERE. You can send your audience to your company website or your personal site. Doing this allows your audience to have direct access to your website without the need to google search for it. Giving direct access to your website will increase your odds of compliance as well as build customer relationships (CRM).<\/p>\r\n\r\n
