My workflow is showing an error:
\"Sending user hasn't activated iDecide account link.\"<\/h2>\n

The sending User is not signed in to their iDecide subscription. Signing in at the Agency and Sub-Account levels is not enough. Click the initials in the upper right corner of your GoHighLevel dashboard, choose Login As, open that user, click iDecide in the left menu, and log in with their iDecide subscription. This is the most common problem when setting up Automation workflows.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

How do I know whether I have an Agency Account<\/h2>\n

If you are in a Sub-Account, click the name of your account in the upper left corner and you will see Switch to Agency View. If you are already in the agency view, you will see Agency Dashboard in the left menu. If you see neither, you are a Sub-Account user and your Agency Owner has to activate the integration for you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

The activation screen never opened<\/h2>\n

Ad blockers and pop-up blockers stop it, and they do it silently. Uninstall the iDecide App, turn off ad blockers, run the activation again, then turn blockers back on once you're complete.<\/p>\n

If you still experience issues, you may not be an Agency Account owner. You must be logged into an Agency GoHighLevel account to see the integration login pop-up.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

Which credentials do I use at iDecide.com\/InstallGHL<\/h2>\n

iDecide will assign integration credentials to you, which are different from your iDecide subscription login. Email Hi@iDecide.com if you do not have them.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

How do I give more Sub-Accounts access<\/h2>\n

  1. In GoHighLevel, go to App Marketplace.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Installed Apps.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the iDecide app from your list.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Install to more sub-account.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the Sub-Accounts you want to give access to.<\/li>\n
  6. Confirm and save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Each Sub-Account and User needs its own iDecide subscription. They log in to iDecide independently to manage their presentations and links.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

    How do I uninstall it from a Sub-Account<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. In GoHighLevel, go to App Marketplace.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Installed Apps.<\/li>\n

    4. Click the three dots next to the Install to more sub-acc button.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Uninstall.<\/li>\n
    6. Select the Sub-Account you want to remove the app from, click Continue, then confirm by clicking Uninstall.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Tip:<\/strong> Uninstalling removes all iDecide features from the selected Sub-Account and permanently deletes the associated data. It does not affect any other Sub-Account or your agency-level installation. If you are troubleshooting rather than genuinely leaving, contact our customer service before you uninstall.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Can I limit which Users inside a Sub-Account use the integration<\/h2>\n

      By default any User in a Sub-Account can use it. To narrow that, adjust user roles and permissions inside the Sub-Account. In practice a user who has not signed in to iDecide cannot send anything anyway.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      What happens if a contact opens the link more than once<\/h2>\n

      The iDecide Finished trigger fires every time a viewer completes the presentation, and fresh data is sent each time, so your workflow runs again on every completed viewing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

      If you have Automations that add viewer choices to Custom Contact Fields, old answers will be overwritten with the fresh data.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Can I track what a contact clicked inside the presentation<\/h2>\n

      Yes, by setting up an Automation. Every completed viewing sends back the answers and selections they made throughout, along with the final outcome they chose.       Which trigger should I use<\/h2>\n

      iDecide Finished, almost always. It sends the contact details and every choice the viewer made. The other option, iDecide Post A Link Started, fires the moment someone enters their name and email on a Post to Social link, before they have watched anything, so it can only tell you who they are.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      How do I get my viewer's choices as individual answers instead of a string list with commas<\/h2>\n

      Viewer Choices from the trigger's Custom Values returns every answer as one comma-separated line. To fill a field with a single answer, use the Get Viewer Choice action instead and pick the specific question, then select that choice from the custom values.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n

      Everything sends from the same person<\/h2>\n

      The User field on the link action is set to static, so it names one sender for every run. Change it to dynamic and set it to User ID.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\r\n\r\n
