We do not send your messages to your prospects. You create the link through iDecide, and send it yourself through email, text, WhatsApp, Messenger or anything else. Look at your sent folder or the message thread.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\">Ask them to check spam or filtered messages.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\">Confirm the email address or phone number on the contact record is correct.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\">Try a different channel. If email did not land, text the link instead.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom:6px;\">If it still does not arrive, contact that app or carrier.
