You have three ways to add narration to a slide: record it yourself, upload audio you already have, or generate an AI voiceover.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Record your own<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Click Narration<\/strong> in the left hand menu.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Tap to Start Recording<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Tap to Stop Recording<\/strong> when you are done.<\/li>\n
  4. Review it with the Play<\/strong> button. Record as many takes as you need.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Select<\/strong> to add the take you want to your slide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Some devices ask for microphone access the first time. Choose Allow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    Generate an AI voiceover<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Choose Generate AI Voice-Over<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Pick a voice model that best expresses your brand.<\/li>\n
    3. Enter your script and click Generate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    4. Review the result. If you like it, click Select<\/strong> to add it to your slide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

      Upload Audio You Already Have<\/h2>\n

      1. From the left-hand toolbar, select Uploads<\/strong>.
      2. Under Audio Uploads click Add File<\/strong>.
      3. Select the .mp3<\/b> file you'd like to upload.
      4. You can also drag an audio file straight into the browser.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

        \"Knowledge<\/figure>Recording <\/strong>Audio<\/strong>

        When you\u2019re ready to add audio to your myiDecide presentation, you\u2019ll want to head to the Narration<\/strong>\u00a0tab located in the Navigation Bar, it\u2019ll take you to a screen that looks similar to this.<\/p>

        The Narration set up includes a preview of your slide on the right, your script on the left, and the recording controls are bottom left of the screen.<\/p>

        If it's not already activated, a small pop up window may appear to ask if you\u2019d like to give myiDecide permission to access your microphone. Choose allow, and then click the \u201cStart Recording\u201d button \u00a0below your script. \u00a0This will begin recording your microphone immediately.<\/p>

        You can record each line in real time as many times as you\u2019d like. When you\u2019re finished don\u2019t forget to hit \u201cEnd Recording\u201d and review your options. \u00a0<\/p>

        Choose the best version and make sure you click \u201cUse This Recording\u201d on the right side of your file. However take note, once you have made your choice, the builder will delete your other takes, so make sure you choose the right one.<\/p>

        If this option isn\u2019t for you, it's also easy to upload pre recorded audio files by choosing \u201cUpload a Recording\u201d. \u00a0This is located below the \u201cStart a Recording\u201d Button.<\/p>

        For those who would like to use this option but do not have the pre-recorded audio we made it easy for you to purchase an AI generated voiceover by selecting the \u201cPurchase an AI Generated Voiceover\u201d button. <\/p>
